Mr. Bondarenko actively supports HOI’s business development activities in Russia and ex – CIS markets.  He has more than 25 years combined experience in international Golf Course Development and Real Estate markets.

Mr. Bondarenko has worked with Robert Trent Jones II, Greg Norman Golf Course Design and Hills & Forrest International Golf Course Architects.  He devoted almost all his business life in developing golf resorts and multi-use projects in Russia and ex – CIS countries, starting with the first 18-holes golf resort in Moscow – “Moscow Country Club”, working at that time for Anderson International Group, a US based Investment company.

He was involved both in Private and Public golf resort developments, where he was in charge of business development activities in major established hospitality schemes.

Mr. Bondarenko developed important business and negotiation skills having worked with world-renowned General Architects, SPA Consultants, Interior Designers and Hospitality experts in various lifestyle resort projects throughout Russia.

Mr. Bondarenko holds the titles of MS from Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics, and BA from Moscow State Linguistic University.
